You must have held a Full Class 1 (Car) NZ Driver Licence for at least 6 months.

Prior to the course:

1. Study the NZ Road Code for both Car and Class 2 (Truck) Note: Free Website www.drivingtests.co.nz where you can study and practice the tests.

2. Go to your doctor and obtain a Driver's Licence Medical Certificate (valid for 60 days)

3. Take your medical certificate to an AA or VTNZ to sit your Class 2 (Truck) Learners Licence test for $77.50.  Note: you will need to take your current NZ Driver's Licence and your Driver's Licence Medical Certificate and complete the DL1 Application Form.

Class 2 Course: $1,375.00 incl.GST

Our Class 2 Course consists of both theory and practical components, which will when successfully completed, gives you a course completion certificate.  Allow a day and a half to complete the course.

Present your NZTA Certificate at an AA or VTNZ to add to your Driver's Licence $39.80.
